How DFS handles information submitted through this site.

Dynamic Freight Solutions collects contact and shipment information that you choose to submit so we can prepare quotes, coordinate freight, communicate about shipments and provide related customer or carrier support.

Information we may collect

Examples include company and contact details, pickup and delivery information, freight descriptions, shipment dates, equipment requirements, reference numbers, uploaded documents and, when enabled for a shipment, location or status information supplied by an authorized driver or integration.

How we use it

We use submitted information to respond to quote requests, coordinate services, maintain shipment records, communicate status, produce documents, support billing and payment workflows, prevent misuse and improve operations.

Access controls

When secure portals are enabled, customer, carrier, driver and DFS Operations access is separated by account role and shipment assignment. Users should not share credentials or secure shipment links.

Service providers

DFS may use technology providers for website hosting, form delivery, email, document storage, authentication, invoicing, analytics, tracking or other operational services. Those providers process information only as needed for the services being used.
