Website estimates are preliminary planning ranges based on the shipment information provided. A shipment is not booked and a rate is not final until Dynamic Freight Solutions provides written confirmation of the reviewed rate and shipment terms.

Accurate shipment information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup, delivery, commodity, weight, dimensions, pallet or piece counts, dates, facility requirements, temperature needs, hazardous-material status and accessorial requirements. Changes may require a revised rate or service plan.

Mileage and routing

City- or ZIP-based mileage is planning mileage. Street-address routing, when available, is used for a more shipment-specific road-distance estimate. Actual carrier routing, restrictions, tolls, traffic, detours or facility access may differ.

Accessorials and exceptions

Detention, layover, TONU, redelivery, additional stops, lumper charges, storage, after-hours service, residential service, liftgate, limited access, port/CFS charges and other requirements may affect final charges when applicable and not already included in the written confirmation.

Authority status

The website does not represent that a federal brokerage authority is active unless an active authority number is expressly published by DFS. Public service descriptions will be updated when the applicable authority is active.
